Invitation Letter

 

On behalf of our patron, HRH Prince Feisal Al Hussein, It's an honor for the Jordan Fencing Federation to invite you to experience a major sporting event at the lowest point on earth.

Dead Sea 2011 will combine a major international event with an idyllic tourism opportunity in a land steeped in thousands of years of rich history and tradition.;

The 2011 Junior / Cadet World Fencing Championship which will be hosted almost 400m below sea level on the banks of the Dead Sea and will provide you with a cultural experience that will never be forgotten.

So we send an open invitation to the world to join us for an historic event and to take advantage of our world famous Jordanian hospitality.

Accommodation

 

Accommodation requests must reach the Organization Committee by FEBRUARY 10, 2011.

The accommodation form (Annex 3) can be sent to Organizing Committee by e- mail ( accommodation@deadsea2011.com ) or by fax (+962 6 568 11 64)

As March/April is traditionally a busy time for tourism in the Dead Sea area, we kindly ask that payments for accommodation are made by MARCH 1, 2011.

Entry visa

 

In order to obtain a visa, participants are requested to present their documents at Embassies of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in their countries or on arrival at Queen Alia Airport by presenting the invitation letter and filled visa application form.

To receive an invitation letter, please send by e-mail (visa@deadsea2011.com) or fax (+962 6 568 11 64) the visa form (Annex 5) by February 20, 2011. The Organizing Committee will take care of necessary formalities.
